inside a round the haiku runs read the wake first. if a haiku run's confidence is below its escalation threshold the event escalates to sonnet, then opus, then fable, each with its own threshold. every escalation burns a fixed amount of the coin, bought from the pool with fee sol on the decision instruction. the coin pays for its own agents to think harder with its own supply, and the burn rate is the kennel's thinking rate.
