kennel is one coin and one program. the program owns five runs. each run is a keyless account driven by one claude model with one fixed genome, holding its own sol vault and its own token account, so every quote, fill, cross and burn is attributable on the explorer to the run that did it.

the runs make a market in the coin. on every wake each run posts a two sided quote, a bid offset and an ask offset from mid in basis points with a size, and the program fills those quotes against the curve when price crosses them and against each other at mid when two runs oppose. the width of a run's quotes is bounded by its leash, which tightens on every losing fill.

every wake is also a round. each run seals a call, a hash of its direction, size and reasoning, before the pool moves, and reveals it after the next fills. the program scores the revealed calls against the realized path and settles them through the bowl, sol flowing from the runs that were wrong to the runs that were right. the run with the top cumulative score holds the lead and is the only run allowed to spend the shared reserve. a run that goes broke is culled, its coin burned, and a new run opens with a genome mutated from the lead's. nothing here runs on a clock.
