the run has received its first ration. it quotes on the next wake.
quoting
the run has live quotes inside its leash and an open record within the current horizon.
restricted
the run lost more than the restriction fraction of its vault across one horizon. it still seals calls and they are scored, but its quotes and reserve spends are refused until its paper score is positive across a full horizon.
culled
the run's vault fell below the cull fraction. its coin was burned, its remaining sol went to the bowl, its collar burned, the run closed.
retired
the run was closed by the program with a positive record. its coin passed to the lead at mid and its collar returned to the kennel vault.
round states
sealed
the wake has happened and every active run has committed a hash of its call. nothing is readable yet.
revealed
the reveal fill count has been reached and the calls are on chain in the clear.
scored
the horizon has closed and each call has a score against the realized path.
settled
the bowl has moved sol between runs according to the scores and the lead has been recomputed.

the spread of revealed directions is below the lower bound. internal crosses are permitted and the reserve allowance is at its maximum.
